About Tom
Tom Emery is the Founder and CEO of HEX, creator of the CHRO Impact Framework®, Amazon bestselling author of People People: Reach Your Full Potential as a Chief HR Officer, co-host of the Beyond Potential podcast, and a trusted advisor to CEOs and C-suite leaders.
With more than 20 years’ experience working with executive teams across multinational banking, UK PLCs and fast-growth organisations, Tom has spent his career exploring the relationship between leadership, people and business performance. As a former Chief People Officer operating at board level, he has experienced first-hand what enables organisations to perform at their best, and what happens when leadership, culture and strategy fall out of alignment.
Today, Tom brings these insights to the stage, helping audiences navigate the leadership challenges of a rapidly changing world.
