HEX has a home

HEX has a home.

Last week, we moved into our first HEX office in Lichfield, in the heart of Staffordshire. It feels so good to have our own HEXquarters (or HEXQ for short).

In the grand scheme of things, it’s small, but it feels so big! It’s a moment that shows we’re growing. And believe me when I say, we’re just getting started.

We’re very excited.
I spend a lot of my time helping CEOs, CPOs, and other c-suite leaders to break through the things that are holding them back. To change the habits, the patterns, and the moments where safe options feel more comfortable than the ones that will move them forwards.

Taking on HEXQ feels like one of those moments for me.

It would have been fine to stay as we were – it’s not like we weren’t comfortable working from the safety of our home offices. We could have avoided the commitment, the overhead, and the step into the unknown. But that’s exactly the kind of thinking I challenge in the leaders I work with.

There’s an instinct to stay comfortable and wait until everything feels certain before changing and committing. But certainty never really exists. Waiting just delays what you already know needs to happen.

So we’ve taken the plunge.

HEX has evolved significantly over the last couple of years. The client base has grown, relationships have deepened, and the team has expanded. We’re creating more positive impact than ever before. Having HEXQ gives us the opportunity to continue growing and building.

To everyone who has been part of this journey – thank you. You’re the reason we’re here.

Here’s to the next chapter.
